How to Create an Order

How to Create Order

Here is the step-by-step tutorial on how to create an order.

Navigate to Dashboard: From the main dashboard, click on Client in the left-hand navigation menu.

Select Client: In the Clients list, find the client you wish to create an order for (e.g., Ryan Mitchell).

Open Action Menu: Click the three-dot (...) icon under the Action column for the selected client.

Select Orders: From the dropdown menu, click Orders.

Initiate New Order: On the Orders screen, click the Add New Client button (which changes to Create Order in this context, or may be labeled Create Order directly if the client list is not visible).

Fill in Order Details:

  • Order Title: Enter a descriptive title (e.g., Best MacBook Productivity Apps).
  • Select Order Type dropdown: Choose the appropriate type (e.g., PACKAGE).
  • Quantity: Enter the desired number (e.g., 15).
  • Notes: Input any specific instructions or requirements (e.g., DA > 50, Spam Score < 5%, Traffic > 1K/month, Contextual do follow links only, Tech / productivity niche preferred).

Input Links Information: Scroll down to the Links section. The Remaining links counter should reflect the total quantity minus the sum of the quantities entered in the rows below.

For the first link:

  • Enter the Anchor Text (e.g., best productivity apps for mac).
  • Enter the URL (e.g., https://example.com/best-m...).
  • Enter the Link Quantity (e.g., 5).

You can add details for a maximum of 5 links. If you need to delete any details, you can click the trash icon next to the link quantity to delete the link row.

Submit Order: Once all details and links are entered, and the Remaining links count shows 0, click the Submit button.

Confirmation: A notification will appear confirming, Order Submitted and Order created successfully!

After creating an order, you can also perform the following tasks by clicking the 3 dots (…) in the Action column:

  1. Open: View the complete details of the submitted order.
  2. Edit: Modify the details of the order.
  3. Delete: Remove the order entirely.

The "Order Details" screen further shows:

  • Ordered Links: Review the links that were requested as part of the order (which are currently PENDING).
  • Build Links: This section is for tracking the links as they are built or delivered for the order. Currently, it shows No results, indicating the fulfillment process has likely not started or been updated yet.
