Here's a step-by-step guide on how a team member can create prospects in Uprankly, based on the video:

Creating a New Prospect List

  • Navigate to Prospect List: From the left-hand navigation menu, click on "Prospect List."
  • Initiate Prospect Creation: On the "Prospect Lists" page, locate and click the "+ Create Prospect List" button, typically found in the upper right corner of the screen.
  • Enter Prospect List Details: A pop-up window titled "Add New Prospect List" will appear.
  • Prospect List Name: In the "Prospect List Name" field, enter a descriptive name for your list. For example, "CRM for startups."
  • Typing the Keywords: In the "Keywords" field, you can enter relevant keywords, separated by commas. For examples like "best crm software," "crm tools for startups," and "top crm platforms." Press Enter after typing each keyword or group of keywords.
  • Create the Prospect List: Once you have entered the name and keywords, click the "Create" button to generate your new prospect list.

After creation, the prospect list will appear in your "Prospect Lists" table, likely with a "Processing" status initially.
