Campaign Analytics in Uprankly gives you a complete view of your outreach performance. You can track emails sent, opened, clicks, and replies in real time.

Prerequisites
- Active Uprankly account with dashboard access
- At least one created campaign
- Prospects added to the campaign
- Sending schedule configured and activated

Understanding Campaign Analytics Metrics
- Status: Indicates the current operational state of the campaign.
- Sent: Displays total number of emails successfully delivered.
- Opened: Shows number of recipients who opened emails.
- Replied: Displays total replies received from recipients.
- Performance (%): Represents engagement percentage based on campaign activity.
How to Access Campaign Analytics
Step 1: Log in to Uprankly
First, enter your registered email and password on the login page. After successful authentication, the system redirects automatically to the main Dashboard interface.
Step 2: Open the Campaign Section
Next, locate the left-side navigation menu. Then, click on the Campaign option to open the Campaign dashboard containing all created campaigns.
Step 3: Locate the Desired Campaign
After that, review the list of campaigns displayed in the table. Use the search bar if necessary to quickly find a specific campaign.
Step 4: Review Analytics Columns
Finally, observe the analytics columns displayed in the dashboard. Status, Sent, Opened, Replied, and Performance (%) appear beside each campaign entry.
Note: You will also find the options below in Campaign dashboard
- Create Campaign Button: Opens the campaign setup interface to create new outreach campaigns.
- Action Feature: Displays edit and delete options for managing individual campaigns.
How to Analyze Campaign Performance
- First, check the Status column to confirm the campaign activity stage.
- Then, review the Sent column to verify email volume.
- Next, compare Opened numbers against Sent totals.
- After that, evaluate Replied count relative to opens.
- Finally, observe Performance (%) for overall engagement indication.
