Sharing and Exporting Results

You can share your analysis as a public link or download the data as a CSV.

Sharing a public link

Click Share in the report header. It generates a link and copies it to your clipboard. Anyone with the link can view the report — no login required.

The public view shows a freshness badge so viewers know how current the data is:

• Fresh (green dot) — the analysis is recent and the data is current
• Stale (amber dot) — the snapshot is older and some data may have shifted

The badge also shows the date range the snapshot covers.

Exporting to CSV

Click Export in the report header. You'll get a CSV file named something like gap-analysis-yourdomain.csv. It includes the gap domains data: domain name, DR, referring domains, and which of your competitors link to each one.

From there, drop it into a spreadsheet, pass it to a team member who works in Excel, or bring the domains straight into Link Builder to start outreach.
