Analysis Quotas and Upgrades

How many analyses you can run each month depends on your plan.

Free plan

You get 3 gap analyses per month. The counter resets on the 1st of every month.

Your current usage shows at the top of the Link Planner dashboard — something like: "2 of 3 free analyses used in August · Resets Sep 1"

Once you've used all 3, the New Link Plan button goes grey and you'll see: "You've used all 3 free gap analyses for August. Quota resets on Sep 1. Upgrade to Link Builder for unlimited access."

Paid plans

Paid plans come with higher limits or unlimited analyses depending on your tier. If you're on an unlimited plan, your usage display just shows: "5 analyses run · Unlimited on your plan"

Upgrading

Hit Upgrade Now in the quota alert, or go to your pricing page. Link Builder gives you unlimited gap analyses plus the full outreach toolset — campaigns, email accounts, templates, and prospect management.

Everything you've already run carries over when you upgrade. Your existing analyses and results stay exactly where they are.
