Monitoring Reports and History
The Reports page shows you a historical view of your link monitoring data. Use it to spot trends, catch problems early, and pull export files for clients or internal reviews.
Where to find it
Go to Link Monitor > Reports in the sidebar.
What's in a report
Each report is a daily snapshot of your monitoring status. You'll see:
- Date — the day the snapshot was taken
- Active links — how many links were being monitored
- Found — links confirmed live
- Missing — links that were removed
- Changed — links with modifications
- Error — links that couldn't be checked
- Success rate — the share of links that are live (Found / Active)
Click any row to open the detailed breakdown for that day, including a status distribution chart.
Date ranges
Use the date selector to focus on a specific window:
- Last 7 Days — quick weekly check
- Last 30 Days — monthly overview
- Last 90 Days — quarterly trends
- Custom range — pick your own start and end dates
Exporting to CSV
Click the export button to download your data as a CSV. The file includes: Date, Active, Found, Missing, Changed, Error, and Success percentage.
Hand it to a client, drop it into a spreadsheet, or use it for an internal review.
