Managing Your Monitored Links

The Links page is your main workspace. Every link you're tracking lives here, and this is where you take action on anything that needs attention.

Where to find it

Go to Link Monitor > Links in the sidebar.

What the table shows

Each row is one monitored link. You'll see:

  • Target URL and Domain — where the backlink lives
  • Frequency — how often it's checked (Daily, 3-day, Weekly, Monthly)
  • Status — one of four states:

- Found (green) — link is live

- Missing (red) — link has been removed

- Changed (amber) — something was altered

- Error (gray) — page couldn't be reached

  • Spam Score — a domain risk indicator
  • Stability Score — how consistently this link stays live over time
  • Last Checked — when it was last verified
  • Recovery Readiness — whether contact info is on file for outreach

Filtering the list

Use the filters at the top to narrow things down:

  • Search — find links by domain or keyword
  • Project — filter by project
  • Status — show only Found, Missing, Changed, or Error
  • Frequency — filter by check cadence

Actions on a single link

Click the icons or menu on any row:

  • View details — full link history and status timeline
  • Enrich contacts — pull contact info for the linking site (uses credits)
  • Add site contact — manually enter admin contact details
  • Pause — stop monitoring this link temporarily
  • Resume — restart monitoring
  • Delete — remove the link entirely

Bulk actions

Check the boxes next to multiple links, then use the action bar that appears:

  • Enrich Contacts — find contact info for all selected
  • Recheck — force an immediate check on all selected
  • Send Recovery — assign a recovery email sequence to selected missing links
  • Pause — stop monitoring all selected
  • Delete — remove all selected
