Getting Started with Link Monitor
Link Monitor checks your backlinks around the clock. It tells you which links are still live, flags when something changes, and can automatically send recovery emails when a link goes missing.
What the dashboard shows
When you open Link Monitor, you get a quick snapshot of your backlink health across five numbers:
- Active — total links you're currently monitoring
- Found — links confirmed live, plus a coverage percentage
- Missing — links that have been removed
- Changed — links where something shifted (anchor text, rel attribute, or URL)
- Error — links that couldn't be checked (page errors, timeouts)
Below those, you'll see:
- Trend chart — 30 days of link status history
- Backlink delta cards — new and lost links in the last 48 hours
- Quota and stability — how much of your link quota you've used and your average stability score
- Recent alerts — the latest monitoring events
The "Last Checked At" timestamp at the top shows when your links were last scanned.
