Understanding Your Plan and Usage Limits
The Usage & Limits page shows exactly what your plan includes and how much you've used.
Where to find it
Go to Settings > Usage & Limits.
Your credit balance
The card at the top shows your current credit balance, your plan name, and your billing cycle dates.
Credits power most actions in Uprankly. From that card you can:
- Buy Credits — top up if you're running low
- Sync Status — refresh your balance to reflect the latest usage
What credits are used for
Credits are shared across these actions:
- Keyword research searches
- SEO enrichment (DR, traffic, backlink data)
- Contact discovery (finding email addresses)
- Email sends
- AI personalization (generating openers)
Your balance resets at the start of each billing cycle.
Plan limits
Below the credit balance, you'll see the hard limits on your plan:
- Prospect Lists — how many lists you can create
- Active Campaigns — how many campaigns can run at once
- Team Members — how many people can access the account
- Saved Sites — how many sites you can keep in My List
If you're on a plan that includes Link Monitor, you'll also see limits for monitored links, projects, and gap analyses.
If something's off with your subscription
If your subscription is canceled or a downgrade is pending, a banner will appear explaining what's changing and when it kicks in.
