How I can Upload My Own Inventory in Uprankly

How to Upload My Inventory in Uprankly

Step 1: Navigate to My Inventory

To upload your own inventory in Uprankly, first go to the My Inventory section from the left sidebar of your dashboard. This will open your inventory management page.

Step 2: Download the Format Template

Once inside, you will see two buttons on the top-right corner: Format File and Upload CSV.

Before uploading anything, click on Format File. This will download a sample template that shows the exact column structure required by the system. 

Step 3: Prepare Your CSV File

Open the DOWNLOADED file and prepare your data following the same format and column names. It is important that the headers remain unchanged and that your data is placed correctly under each column. After completing the file, save it as a CSV.

Step 4: Upload the CSV File

Once your file is ready, return to the My Inventory page and click on Upload CSV. Select your prepared CSV file and upload it. After a successful upload, your domains and related data will appear in the inventory table where you can search, filter, and manage them.

What Can I Do after Uploading My Inventory File in Uprankly?

  • Organize Domains by Category and Niche: Structure your inventory using categories and niches.
  • Save Contact Information: You can store admin names and email addresses along with each domain.
  • Filter and Search Domains: Use filters such as DA, PA, ML, category, and niche to quickly find specific domains from your inventory.
  • Reuse Domains for Campaigns: Select domains from My Inventory and use them in new outreach campaigns without re-importing or researching again.
  • Manage and Update Your Database: You can continuously update, refine, and maintain your inventory.
