How to Track Your Subscription Usage

Follow the steps below to check how much of your plan you have used.

Step 01: Access Your Account

Log in to your Uprankly account using your email and password. After logging in, you will be redirected to the Dashboard.

Step 02: Open Settings

From the left-side menu, scroll down to the Account section and click on Settings. This will open the Account & Settings page.

Step 03: Navigate to the Usage Page

Inside the Settings page, click on Usages from the left sub-menu. You will be redirected to the Plan Usage & Limits page.

Step 04: Verify Active Plan Details

At the top of the page, confirm your active product and plan. You will see the product name, plan type, and subscription status. Make sure the status shows Active.

Step 05: Review Feature Limits

Scroll down to view all usage categories. Each section shows the feature name, a progress bar, the percentage used, and the used amount compared to the total limit.

Key Usage Categories

1. Prospect Search: Tracks the number of link-building prospect searches used out of your monthly limit.

2. Outreach Campaigns: Displays how many outreach campaigns you have created compared to your plan’s maximum allowance.

3. Email Sending: Shows the number of outreach emails sent during the current billing cycle.

4. Email Accounts: Indicates how many email accounts are connected to your workspace.

5. Backlink Tracking: Tracks the number of backlinks being monitored inside the system.

6. Prospect Lists: Displays how many prospect lists you have created.

7. Link Building Projects: Shows the number of active projects under your account.

8. Monthly Email Quota: Tracks the total number of emails allowed per month.

Step 06: Monitor Remaining Capacity

Review each feature to monitor your limits.

  • If it shows 0% used, the feature has not been used yet.
  • If the percentage increases, you are using that feature.
  • If the number reaches the limit, you cannot use that feature until the next billing cycle or plan upgrade.
