How to Manage Your Billing for Uprankly Subscription

To manage your subscription details, payments, and invoices, navigate to Cog Wheel of the Uprankly Dashboard’s Account section in the left bottom corner and click Settings → Billing.

This will open the Billing section, where you can monitor all financial and subscription-related activities associated with your Uprankly account.

Understand the Active Subscriptions

At the top of the page, you will find the Active Subscriptions table.

This section displays important details about your current plan, including:

  • Module – The product you are subscribed to (e.g., Link Outreach Manager).
  • Plan – Your selected plan (e.g., Starter Monthly).
  • Billing Period – Monthly or yearly.
  • Price – Subscription cost (e.g., $57.00/month).
  • Status – Active or inactive.
  • Current Cycle – Ongoing billing cycle details.
  • Auto-Renew – Indicates whether automatic renewal is enabled.
  • Actions – Manage your subscription.

If your subscription is active, the status will be displayed as Active, confirming that the tool is fully operational.

To modify or manage the billing or subscription, follow the steps below:

  1. Click the Manage button under the Action column in the Billing section.
  2. You will be redirected to the Stripe Billing Portal, where your subscription is managed securely. Uprankly uses Stripe to process all payments.
  3. From the Stripe portal, you can Update your subscription, change your payment method, view invoices, or Cancel your plan.

Note: You can access the Stripe Billing Portal by clicking the Manage Payment Method button.

Invoices & Payments

Below Active Subscriptions, you will find the Invoices & Payments section.

This table includes:

  • Invoice Date
  • Module
  • Plan
  • Amount
  • Status (Paid / Pending)
  • Invoice ID
  • Actions (View invoice)

You can also filter invoices by module using the dropdown filter.

If an invoice shows Paid, it confirms that your payment has been successfully processed.

To view invoice details:

  1. Click View under the Actions column.
  2. Download or review the invoice as needed.
